No two people are the same, so therapy is person-centered to meet specific needs of my patients. My focus is to provide treatment that is eclectic, empowering, and holistic. I utilize evidence based techniques to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and more. I believe in helping individuals unlock their full potential.
